| For cancellations of registrations and optional tours received by Friday, December 13, 2018, the booking fee less an administrative fee of € 40 will be refunded. For cancellations received after this date, no refunds are made. For cancellations of rooms received before Friday, November 09, 2018 a handling fee of €40 will be charged to your credit card. For cancellations received after this date, the cost for two nights will be charged to your credit card. |
