The acceptance of the abstract will be communicated on March 10, 2023. We suggest you to register for the conference even if the result of the review process is not yet available. In case your abstract will not be accepted, your registration can be canceled without any cancellation fee and your fee will be refunded to your bank account (which you will communicate via email). Only one presentation for each participant is allowed and all the presenters must register.

| Any changes and cancellations must be done in written form and sent to the conference office at sneumann@intercom.de. |
| Reimbursement |
| For cancellations of registrations received by Friday, March 31, 2023, the booking fee less an administrative fee of 100 € will be refunded. For cancellations received after this date, no refunds are made. The cancellation conditions for hotel rooms are based on the terms and conditions of the respective accomodation. |
