Please check the final programme to confirm the time and the room of your presentation.
- The time allocated for each presentation is 20 minutes, including questions and discussion. To keep the conference on schedule and to accommodate participants who want to move between sessions, session chairs must strictly follow the time schedule.
- All lecture rooms will be equipped with a data projector and a laptop, running Windows 10 Professional. All laptops will be connected to the data projector via VGA or HDMI. A wireless presenter is available in all lecture rooms.
- Presenters must report to the lecture room 10 minutes prior to the start of the session to upload a copy of their presentation from an USB drive onto the computer provided. Note that pre- senters’ own computers may be used, but the time for switching the device counts in the 20 minutes.
- It is the presenters’ responsibility to check in advance that their presentation is compatible with the installed version of the avail- able software: Adobe Acrobat Reader 2018.009.20050, MS Of- fice 365 (2016) and VLC-Mediaplayer 2.228. We recommend a 4:3 presentation format
