The REGISTRATION and ABSTRACT SUBMISSION process for GAMM & DMV 2027 is conducted through a well known external system, the ConfTool. Abstract submission is only possible after completing the registration. Payment of the conference fee is not required at the time of registration.
Registration
To register as a participant for the JOINT GAMM & DMV Meeting 2027, please follow the link provided above, which is available with start of online registration period. During the registration process you first will have to generate an user account to the ConfTool system. This account enables you to access dates and documents related to the meeting also at a later point in time and allows extending your bookings if desired.
Any changes and cancellations must be done in written form and sent to the conference office at gamm-dmv2027@uni-ulm.de.
Abstract Submission
All participants are invited to submit a scientific abstract (max. 400 words, plain text) for a short communication (oral: typically 15 minutes + 5 minutes discussion; poster) in one of the sections to be presented in the Contributed Sessions. Abstracts have to be submitted via the online submission system using the link provided above. Please assign your abstract to one of these sections during the online submission process. Additionally, please give a set of keywords related to your abstract.
Each participant is allowed to present ONE PRESENTATION (POSTER). Only the first submission as first author will be considered. There is no limit for submissions as co-author. Contributions for Planaries, Minisymposia, Young Researchers’ Minisymposia, DFG Priority Programs are only possible on invitation by the respective organizers.
Authors are kindly requested to write the abstract in English. The collected abstracts will be published in the conferences’ Book of Abstracts.
