Poster Session of the GAMM Juniors

In the poster session, the GAMM Juniors (https://www.gamm-juniors.de/) present aspects of their current research from different fields of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics. The posters will be on display throughout the conference. The authors will be available for discussion in the poster area on Wednesday, March 10, from 15:30 to 16:30.

Elevator Pitch

Are you a PhD student eager to present your research to the community? Would you like to share your work in a concise and engaging format while connecting with fellow researchers? If so, we warmly invite you to take part in the GAMM Elevator Pitch sessions.

Organized by the GAMM Juniors (https://www.gamm-juniors.de/), this event offers you the opportunity to present the key ideas, motivation, and highlights of your research in a dynamic three-minute pitch.

The format is simple and creative:

  • You will have exactly three minutes to present your research.
  • No slides are allowed — only your voice and a microphone.
  • You may present your work in a classical scientific style, or
  • You can take a creative approach: tell a story, use humor, write a poem — the stage is yours.

Why participate?

  • Practice communicating your research clearly and effectively
  • Present your work to a broad scientific audience
  • Expand your academic network
  • Increase the visibility of your research within the community
  • Compete for one of the top three prizes, including prize money!

The Elevator Pitch sessions will be broadcast in two parallel sessions at two different venues (UULM, THU) on Tuesday, March 9 and Thursday, March 11, during the coffee breaks.

The top pitches will receive prizes. The winners will be announced during the closing ceremony.

We look forward to hearing your ideas and seeing your creativity on stage!
