| Conditions and Cancellation |
| Any changes and cancellations must be done in written form and sent to the conference office at gamm-dmv2027@uni-ulm.de. |
| Reimbursement |
| For cancellations of registrations received by January 31st, 2027, the booking fee less an administrative fee of 100 € will be refunded. For cancellations received after this date, no refunds are made. The cancellation conditions for hotel rooms are based on the terms and conditions of the respective accommodation. |
