In the registration and submission system you can choose a package fee including a number of components (eg. conference fee + lunches + conference dinner + opera ticket) or you can compose your conference fee according to your preferences.

The registration and abstract submission process for GAMM2025 is conducted through a single integrated system. Abstract submission is only possible after completing the registration.
Payment of the conference fee is not required at the time of registration. The fee can be paid later, with the final deadline set for January 21, 2025.

The above given fees are Net (netto) amount with VAT 0% for participants from universities and other research entities (statement needed), and VAT 23% should be added otherwise (companies).

Information Regarding VAT Exemption
VAT-exempt payments can only be made by participants for whom the invoice will be issued to a research institution or university.
To take advantage of this option, it is necessary to complete the appropriate declaration (download) and send it to the following email address: fundacjapp@put.poznan.pl.
 
Participation in the Conference can be with or without a contribution.

Conditions and Cancellation
Any changes and cancellations must be done in written form and sent to the conference office at gamm2025@put.poznan.pl.
Reimbursement
For cancellations of registrations received by January 31, 2025, the booking fee less an administrative fee of 100 € will be refunded. For cancellations received after this date, no refunds are made.
The cancellation conditions for hotel rooms are based on the terms and conditions of the respective accomodation.
