The conference takes place in Building A23, which is marked on the campus map.

The notation used for lecture rooms in the detailed schedule below is shown in the floor plan of the lecture rooms.

It should be noted that the number of rooms in the left, library section (Biblioteka) of A23 is preceded by a zero and a dot (0.) on the ground floor and by a one and a dot (1.) on the first floor.

There is eduroam network access available on campus at the Poznan University of Technology. Additionally, a dedicated Wi-Fi network for conference participants is available.

GAMM 2025 delegates can also use stationary computers and wired internet access in Room 43 on the ground floor of the LCC (A23)

All registered participants of GAMM 2025 will receive a free public transport pass (coded in their badge), valid for the duration of the conference.

The conference badge entitles you to unlimited travel on all trams and buses in the city of Poznań.

We recommend the “Jakdojade” app for convenient public transport navigation in Poznań.

The conference group photo will be taken on Thursday at 13:00 on the sports field in front of the Sports Centre.

Coffee breaks are located in four spots on the ground floor of Building A23, where the GAMM conference takes place.

Lunch will be served at the conference venue, in Rooms 51 and 53 in Building A23, for participants with a pre-purchased voucher.

Name badges should be worn during all conference sessions and additional events.

The certificate of attendance will be sent by e-mail after the conference.

A cloakroom and luggage storage is available on level -1 of Building A23, where the conference is taking place.

The medical point is located next to the Conference Office.
